Life Giving Outreach Ministries was conceived in the heart of Apostle Henry A. Cleare in May 1984. God knew that we needed a whole lot of training before He could establish us in a ministry of our own. He assigned us to sit under the mentorship of other leaders such as Dr. Myles Munroe.

In May 1993, God spoke to Beverly and I. He told us that it was time for us to branch out as Generals in the Army of the living God. He informed us that LGOM would assist in the healing of broken hearts. He labeled us a “Boot Camp” and instructed us to rise up an army of fearless warriors in this ministry. These people, young and old, would know their God and do great exploits for the Kingdom. They will be taught how to walk in faith, not moved by the opinion of others and be completely certain of God’s plan and for their lives. Beverly and I are fully aware of the task that is set before us and the many controversies that we will face, but we are more than able to take the land because our Creator dwells within us, and He is our Strength and Fortress.

On June 24, 1993, LGOM, Inc. was given “birth” through much travail. Father immediately surrounded us with faithful, steadfast leaders whose counsel we honor with all diligence. The core of this ministry is the Holy Ghost. Its Chief Cornerstone is Jesus Christ. Our “CEO” is God the Father and or workers are the faithful saints He has assigned to us. Our love and appreciation for them is beyond description. We welcome you to come and be a part of the mighty work that God is doing in LGOM, Inc. For there are many who will come and take shelter under our wings. God is very good to us!
